Who Am I?

I know this of course, but I thought it would be handy for you to know whose blog you’ve stumbled across.

I’m Deb Hawken and I rarely know exactly how to describe myself.  Am I a transformational author, speaker and life coach?  Yes – that’s my ‘normal’ side.  Am I a Psychic Medium who passionately believes in the power of the work to help and inspire (if it’s done well)?  Oh yes.  Am I a Spiritual teacher who helps people to access their own Spiritual side and work out what that means to them?  Definitely.  Am I a married mother of 6 cats living in beautiful Glastonbury and living her life to the best of her ability?  A big yes to that.  Am I serious and intellectual?  Yes but not all the time because… Am I a giggler with a fantastic sense of humour and the ironic?  You bet!

In there somewhere lies my current truth but not the whole story, the rest is emerging as I grow, develop and change through my life.

One of the things I like about me is that I’m really serious about what I do and commit myself fully to inspiring people to transform their thoughts and therefore their lives.  Another thing I like is that I’m a truly intuitive Psychic with a strong ability to understand others, and a Medium with a wonderful connection to the Spirit World.  I respect my integrity and intention always to be as truthful as possible with myself and others, and to work hard to learn about myself, apply my Spiritual knowledge to my life in a real way, and always give the best I can give.   Those are amazing things, and yet in some ways they’re also my biggest challenges because I’m human and sometimes I trip over my feet of clay.

So that’s me.  That’s who’s writing this book.  A human being, not a perfect being, someone with useful thoughts and ideas that might help you to change your life for the better.  But the be-all and end-all of wisdom?  No way, that just wouldn’t be fun :-).

Who are you?  If you’re interested in my work comment on this blog and tell me.

Wishing you happy days and peaceful nights, and peaches…they’re a good thing!

Deb
